Arena Survival
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to aim and shoot?
No. Your weapons fire automatically. You only control movement — drag anywhere on screen, or use WASD or the arrow keys — which makes positioning and dodging the entire skill of the game.
How do upgrades and evolutions work?
Collect blue gems from defeated enemies to level up. Each level offers a choice of three upgrades, and every card shows your damage per second before and after taking it so the options are directly comparable. Certain combinations of weapons and stats unlock evolutions, which turn a weapon into a substantially stronger version, so choosing upgrades that work together matters more than taking the strongest single option.
What happens when I die?
The run ends, and you spend the cores you earned on permanent upgrades that apply to every future run. Dying is the expected way a run finishes rather than a mistake, and progress carries forward.
Which enemies are the most dangerous?
Splitters divide into smaller enemies when killed, so clearing them in a confined space can surround you. Chargers telegraph before rushing and can be dodged if you watch for the wind-up. Bosses change phase partway through the fight and alter their attack pattern.
